He is from a career banking background with 30 years financial services experience and was formerly Senior Manager Training & Competence for Royal Bank of Scotland Group. For the past eight years Nigel has worked with a wide range of clients including blue chip FTSE 100 companies, owner managed businesses, third sector organisations and industry examining bodies.
Nigel’s technical qualifications include the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate including H15 Supervision and Sales Management, and CeMAP™. He has also extensively researched leadership and management development and holds the European College Diploma in Stress Management Psychology.
