Caron Darwood has spent the last fifteen years supporting clients in understanding and developing their impact and influence on others. Working at all levels within organisations across the globe and across broad market sectors, Caron uses a combination of Coaching, Role-play and Constructive Feedback to engage with clients and hone their skills and thinking and behaviour.
A successful actress for ten years, Caron realised that her performance skills along with business acumen gained from running a private drama school, would be valuable to the corporate world. Caron has coached Directors and Senior Partners in one to one work and is experienced in running group sessions on Personal Impact and Presentation skills, corporate simulations and video.
