| Q: What is your broad fee model? |
| A: We charge day rates for individual Trainers, Coaches and Consultants, the amount depending on their experience and seniority as well as the type of assignment being undertaken. Our broad fee range is £900 - £2,200 although lower rates may be agreed for longer term assignments for a number of our specialist contractors such as business analysts. |

| Q: Do you provide “off the shelf” management modules or design “bespoke” training programmes? |
| A: We provide both. Where your training requirement is an established one that other organisations have previously faced and we have a training solution for it, we will offer you an existing “off the shelf” module and would not expect you to pay design costs (we will even accommodate a reasonable amount of tailoring to make sure it fits within your organisation). Should you require a bespoke programme, we will adapt any existing material we have, working with you to design any specifically required components. |

| Q: Which coaching methods do you use? |
| A: Depending on the nature of the coaching objectives, we will use established methodologies such as GROW. We also use a number of other approaches we have developed ourselves, these focusing on practical management issues such as managing underperformers and handling difficult situations. |

| Q: How would you work with our existing Training Department? |
| A: We view ourselves as an additional resource available to your in-house training team. We can supplement where additional design or delivery resource is required, either on “one off” assignments or on a monthly retainer basis, providing access to a wide range and depth of training design and delivery capability. |
